I'm excited for this course. About as excited anyone could be taking a college course that is online and requires individual responsibility and motivation. The course seems very interesting so far. Mostly review, but I am excited to cut into the actual Social Psychology part and really learn more of the field. I must say though, I'm not a fan of online classes, and when I registered for this class I did it because of a class advert and didn't realize it was online. But I figured why not? This class, along with taking Psy 301, means I have two online classes. That means I'm not on campus much but still have quite a bit of school work. All my friends just think I'm lazy because I'm at housing all day. They don't realize I spend much of the time their gone to actually do my online course work. And read.
Enough of the tangents however. Flipping through the book, I see many interesting subheads about all sorts of topics. Prejudice against the obese, attraction: who likes whom, why do we have emotions and so one and so forth. Much of the book seems quite interesting and I am ready to learn. Let the games begin.
